I am of the nature to have ill jkdith. But I will say that it was one of the best books I’ve read that unintentionally targeted my anxiety. Published February 10th by Rodmell Press first published October 1st And Lasater does a phenomenal job writing about finding and applying the principles of yoga in everyday life.

There is no way to escape growing old. For a much more readable and inspiring work on basic yoga principles and working with them on and off the mat, though, I’d recommend Perfectly Imperfect by Baron Baptiste instead.

Certainly a book I will return to! Refresh and try again. Wow – this book is amazing! I have a long way to go, but that’s the thing about yoga – it’s a lifelong journey, and the learning is continuous.
