I am of the nature to have ill jkdith. But I will say that it was one of the best books I’ve read that unintentionally targeted my anxiety. Published February 10th by Rodmell Press first published October 1st And Lasater does a phenomenal job writing about finding and applying the principles of yoga in everyday life.


If you think that you have to retreat to a cave in the Himalayas to find the enlightenment that yoga promises, think again. This book would be beneficial for every human on livingg planet! There is no way to escape growing old. For a much more readable and inspiring work on basic yoga principles and working with them on and off the mat, though, I’d recommend Perfectly Imperfect by Baron Baptiste instead.

Certainly a book I will return to! Refresh and try again. Wow – this book is amazing! I have a long way to go, but that’s the thing about yoga – it’s a lifelong journey, and the learning is continuous.
