The book is fast paced and fairly linear with only a brief flashback to WWI to flesh out the main charac When I want a good old potboiler, there are a few good authors upon whom I can rely. Poorly fleshed out characters is the worst part of this, but tying the two events together when either one made a good story is a close runner up.
