Rather than organizing the text around financial theory and then thinking about potential applications, the authors began by thinking about finance practice, and then organized the book around the tools needed to create value in the financial management of a corporation.

The Theory of Corporate Finance. This is a shame because it’s actually a very clear, accurate, and pedagogically sophisticated textbook.

The material is hard, but the presentation is very good. Get to Know Us. This was one of the supplemental finance texts required during my MBA course and is by far one of the most complete and practice oriented texts in the subject.
